From the beginning, Lynn took the time to not only listen to our wants and needs for a home but made true effort to get to know us as both a couple and individuals. This really helped us discern what type of home would be best for us in the long term. She was so patient and encouraged us to see different types of places in different neighbourhoods - without Lynn I do not think we would have ended up in a home we love as much as the one we landed! For first time home buyers, the process felt daunting at first, but Lynn broke it down for us into steps that we could understand and manage. Her expertise in real estate especially shines when viewing a home in person, pointing out pros and cons that, again for first time home buyers, would be easy to not even consider! Lynn balances this expertise with patience and understanding for her clients and we are so thankful that we had her guiding us through home ownership.
