In selling my parents condo I though I should interview 3 agents then decide who would best represent. I saw Luisa’s name on someone’s lawn, researched her and her company and she was my second interview. She arrived prepared, knowledgeable and on time. The holding superintendent was available and she asked if he had time to chat and got the “full scoop” on the building, the board, and future plans. She was detail oriented as we toured the building and unit and made some basic suggestions on getting the place ready. There was no need for the 3rd interview with another agent. Luisa’s personal yet professional approach, knowledge of the industry, and client centred approach made her the obvious pick. Luisa was available throughout the process, arranged for a home stager and photographer and even showed up with boxes and an offer to help pack when I ran low on boxes, time and friends. A really important point to note about Luisa is her attention to detail in the process and documentation required for a sale and noted many paragraphs in the buyers proposal that were not in my best interest and had them removed or clarified with other more appropriate language. I couldn’t have picked a better realtor and based on my experience would highly recommend her services for your real estate transaction.

All round nice person. Worked hard and did go out of her way to help and show many places. Great with scheduling appointments
