From the beginning Luisa was outstanding. Luisa listened well and understood what my goals were and provided the best methods to achieve them. Basically Luisa was there every step of the way to assist in not only the listing of my house but she showed up physically ensuring that I was prepared for the staging. Luisa was creative and detailed utilizing any resources she had to list my house and sell it within a week of listing it. My neighbours and other agents told me it was impossible to get the what the asking price was and Luisa managed to get 29% over asking along with the desired closing date. Luisa also helped my son to find an apartment and referred me to an excellent agent for the purchase of my new house outside of the GTA. Luisa is detailed and worked hard for me every step of the way. I would recommend Luisa for any of my Housing needs.

Luisa made my partner and I feel comfortable in the whole process of renting our place. She was professional, honest and patient with us. Always gave great feedback and stated the pros and cons of properties we were interested in. She always asked questions to the landlords, in case there was something we overlooked or missed. In selling my parents condo I though I should interview 3 agents then decide who would best represent. I saw Luisa’s name on someone’s lawn, researched her and her company and she was my second interview. She arrived prepared, knowledgeable and on time. The holding superintendent was available and she asked if he had time to chat and got the “full scoop” on the building, the board, and future plans. She was detail oriented as we toured the building and unit and made some basic suggestions on getting the place ready. There was no need for the 3rd interview with another agent. Luisa’s personal yet professional approach, knowledge of the industry, and client centred approach made her the obvious pick. Luisa was available throughout the process, arranged for a home stager and photographer and even showed up with boxes and an offer to help pack when I ran low on boxes, time and friends. A really important point to note about Luisa is her attention to detail in the process and documentation required for a sale and noted many paragraphs in the buyers proposal that were not in my best interest and had them removed or clarified with other more appropriate language. I couldn’t have picked a better realtor and based on my experience would highly recommend her services for your real estate transaction.
