It was a pleasure dealing with Luisa during the sale of our mom's house. Mom moved into a nursing home. Luisa was very understanding and worked hard to get us the best offer possible. We appreciate the small touches - the mums at the front of the house, hall mat, etc. She walked us through the process and we could always reach her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Absolutely amazing agent. Went above and beyond to help me with renting out my condo. Took the time to walk me through all the clauses within the agreement and was very patient when finding a tenant and making sure the deal went according to plan.

From the beginning Luisa was outstanding. Luisa listened well and understood what my goals were and provided the best methods to achieve them. Basically Luisa was there every step of the way to assist in not only the listing of my house but she showed up physically ensuring that I was prepared for the staging. Luisa was creative and detailed utilizing any resources she had to list my house and sell it within a week of listing it. My neighbours and other agents told me it was impossible to get the what the asking price was and Luisa managed to get 29% over asking along with the desired closing date. Luisa also helped my son to find an apartment and referred me to an excellent agent for the purchase of my new house outside of the GTA. Luisa is detailed and worked hard for me every step of the way. I would recommend Luisa for any of my Housing needs.

Luisa made my partner and I feel comfortable in the whole process of renting our place. She was professional, honest and patient with us. Always gave great feedback and stated the pros and cons of properties we were interested in. She always asked questions to the landlords, in case there was something we overlooked or missed.
