I met Lou back in November when I was thinking of selling my condo to join my daughter in Calgary. However there was a delay because my daughter's home was not ready but it did not stop Lou from sending me tips and interesting articles about real estate which I knew nothing about. We connected again in March when she gave me advice on the best way to prepare my condo for sale. Being a first time seller, I was often stressed out but Lou was always ready to give comfort and assure me that everything would be okay. She was right because in less than 2 weeks she had an acceptable offer for me and I am happy to say that my condo has been sold. If I had to deal with real estate again, I would surely use Lou's service. She was professional and highly knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her.

Lou was absolutely amazing!you can tell that for her it is more than a job and she takes every transaction personally. She kept us organized and well informed. With her experience she was able to give us very useful tips and suggestions and connect with great resources. Worked with our wishes and concerns. Communicated well with the other realtors and kept our interest as top priority. We have a little one that we couldn't leave with anyone for the viewings, Lou kept her entertained while we viewed our potential homes. I think my daughter was looking forward to the open houses so she could hang out with Lou. Thank you so much Lou,we couldn't have done it without you! You took the stress out of buying and selling a home.
