Lory had her work cut out for her with our home-buying experience, and she handled it with professionalism and kindness. The process was difficult at times with the market. Due to work, my husband and I were not in the same city to view apartments together - nonetheless, Lory was so well organized and transparent, both of us felt we were always in the loop and on the same page with the transaction. We've now finished unpacking and we have Lory to thank for her hard work and generosity.
