Very pleased all around with my experience in selling our home. The entire process took less than 2 weeks to close the deal. Lorna worked very closely with me to establish a price I was comfortable with, provided reasoning for pricing including recent sales in the area etc. House sold in less than 3 days and received more than 50K over asking. Lorna assisted with contacts to help with removal and sale of old furniture and things worked exactly as expected.

Lorna was a great agent to work with! From the hop she was honest and open with us, which is incredibly important to us. We were undecided if we wanted to buy first and then sell our home, or sell our home and then buy, so Lorna made an action plan for both scenarios and helped us to decide based on the market. Lorna was able to work with both of our busy schedules to ensure we got to see every house we wanted to, and gave us her honest and experienced opinion on each one we saw. She helped keep us feeling low stress throughout the whole process, and was there any time we needed some extra guidance. Not only is Lorna a great asset to have, but the package she provides is great as well. I definitely don’t want to move any time soon, but I know whenever that day comes Lorna will be who we call!
