I heard about Logan through a friend's recommendation and was very happy with my experience. He helped me purchase my first home - a townhouse in north Edmonton. From my first email and with all of our communication, Logan was quick to respond, thorough, professional and honest. He made my first home buying experience stress free by walking me through the process in great detail from house searching and touring, writing an offer and negotiating, to recommending inspectors and lawyers. My mother commented that he looks too young to be a realtor but don't let his young age fool you. He clearly has a lot of experience and can deliver results. He listened and took into account all of my needs and comments and we didn't need to tour that many properties to find "the one." And even though the property was already pending a sale, he was optimistic and we proceeded with a back-up offer which eventually worked in my favour. Overall, I would recommend Logan to anyone wishing to buy a property and would work with him again.
