Logan was great to work with when buying a house. When I found the house I love he did excellent research and provide valuable insight into the neighborhood. He also quickly searched for comparables to tour me around to make sure that this house was the perfect one. He did an amazing job handpicking houses I would be interested in, even though I am not good at describing what I actually wanted in a house (rather than just sending you a 100 bad listing because he put parameters into the software with no thought...which has been my experience with other realtors and can be overwhelming). When it came time to the putting in the offer he was diligent and detailed to make sure we didn't miss writing in anything important and has a great intuition for negotiations, getting us a price we were happy with. He is also honest with what he thinks something is worth (and had the data to back it up) and is focused on you getting a house you love for a fair price and not just a quick sale. I highly recommended working with Logan. I have bought and sold with him and both times he was great to work with, quick communicator, and works hard to make the process as easy for you as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Logan in the future.

This is the second time I chose Logan, he went way beyond my expectations and experience I had with him in the past in 2020. He easily reached new heights of service, trust and no question is to much at no time he would find the answer, guide or kind of referring to the famous slogan of Nike: He just did!
