Logan did an amazing job helping me sell my property, he was clear and communicative throughout the whole process. He knows the market well and gave me an idea when I could sell my house according to my location, condition, etc. I was selling my house “as is” and he was able to make sure I sold my house in the price range I wanted from the beginning. He kept me updated and in the know the whole way through, the moment he found out about something, so did I. Would highly recommend him!
