Logan was the perfect agent for me and helped me make the whole process a breeze. It was my first time being an executor for an estate and also selling property for an estate. It was a challenge selling the house especially having to deal with a second executor and also tenants still living in the house. But Logan was extremely helpful and made sure everyone's needs were being met. She even went above and beyond getting signatures to complete the conditional sale. Logan was on top of communicating with me any challenges or changes with the selling of the house.
