Having recently moved to Calgary and not being familiar with the different neighborhoods it was really important to have a Realtor who has an in-depth knowledge of the city. Logan was very thoughtful with her initial assessment of my needs vs wants and provided a refined list of properties that I could view on her companies database. When the time came to view properties, Logan made every effort to work with my schedule, including the odd last minute request. When viewing properties, Logan was very quick to point out the positives of the property but more importantly areas of improvement which could prove costly if I decided to move forward with purchasing. Logan was immensely helpful when the time came to bidding on properties and provided sound advice to ensure I wouldn't overpay. In the end, Logan helped me find "the house" and I am extremely grateful to have had her experience and knowledge to guide me through this stressful period.

As first time home buyers, choosing who we were going to trust in taking us through this experience was a big one. I cannot stress enough how incredible Logan has been on this important journey and huge milestone. My boyfriend and I have only been living in Calgary for a little over a year now & required a lot of guidance on where to start - Logan is extremely knowledgeable of all the neighbourhoods we were interested in and provided much needed feedback and recommendations that tailored to our wants and needs for our first home. She picked up on our differences right away (me - impulsive, my boyfriend - very patient) and made sure we both felt fully supported and informed when discussing offers and price points. She did not let us settle or over pay when we were really sold on a few properties that didn't have certain aspects that she knew were important to us in our first home. The open communication and reliability we received completely exceeded our expectations, and brought us to buying the perfect first home that checks all of our boxes! I recommend Logan to everyone I know that is looking to get into the market - she's also in the process of helping my parents find their retirement home out here and I have no doubt they will have the same exceptional experience! I am so grateful to have Logan by our side through this - We are extremely excited to take possession of our new home next week & we could not have done this without her :)
