Lisa is a very pro-active, detail oriented agent who understood the nuances of both markets we dealt with as we searched for and bought a new home in one location and sold our old home in a different market. During the time of our association, markets fluctuated significantly from bids at 20% over asking to buyers disappearing after the several mortgage rate hikes. Additionally, she provided us with many contacts to address outstanding issues, like lawyers and various contractors who were actually available to do work in both locations, helping with issues that were well outside of the usual realtor responsibility. My wife and I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking Realtor services.
