Lisa is very resourceful when it comes to giving advice and feedback on the property. That actually helped me to get correct estimates on how much to keep on offer without exceeding my budget limit. Was able to purchase two properties with Lisa as Realtor. Her strong assert is the putting best offer with right conditions making it look pretty solid for Seller.
