We were moving from Victoria to Calgary in 2016 and searching for a home from that distance that can be a difficult task. Lisa was extremely helpful in this process. She fully understood and appreciated our essential needs and desires. Accordingly, she only presented houses to us that were appropriate. Therefore, the required flights to Calgary for viewings were minimized. Lisa was efficient and professional throughout the process. We were delighted with her service. In particular, we benefited from her skillful negotiations and her relevant recommendations. The entire experience was positive.

We had several realtors come in to assess our home but Lisa was an easy choice for us.  Her professionalism, extensive knowledge of the Calgary market, our community, and her warm persona instilled a well-deserved confidence. She listened, respected our input, did an excellent market analysis, and took time to through our entire home to let us know what small fix-ups we could do to achieve the best sale price. With her staging, our well used family home became elegant, sophisticated, contemporary, and inviting. It showed so beautifully that I felt like moving back into it myself! She then set an attractive asking price and posted our listing with beautiful photos which drew many interested buyers in spite of a blizzard!  Her strong negotiating skills got us a quick sale and top dollar.   We also used Lisa to buy our current property.  We had found the perfect home and due to the market, there were multiple bids coming in on the home.  Lisa took time to talk to the realtor about why the home was perfect for us and asked the realtor to share that information with the Seller. I later found out from the Selling realtor that this had a big influence on the Seller going with our offer vs. the others that were presented. It was this extra effort and care that allowed us to get the perfect home. She then went on to arrange and manage the interior renovations we needed done. We had crews on our property and the full renovation - hardwood, carpets, tiling, kitchen, appliances, bathroom, quartz counters, paint, baseboards, crown moulding, fixtures, done in just over one month. It was astonishing and wonderful. Lisa is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is a warm, wonderfully competent, client-focussed realtor who makes the normally stressful process of buying and selling a home enjoyable.
