Lisa and her team at Urban Upgrade provided an excellent service in not only selling our very unique acreage but also helped our family sell and buy a new villa for my Mother at the same time. All three transactions went very smooth and we were very happy with the associated prices. Our acreage took a long time to sell but that was understood going in. Lisa continued to be very involved with us through the process and personally held several open houses in order to generate some interest in our Bearspaw acreage. The listing was very professionally done through the photography and use of drones to capture the essence of our acreage. And the pictures and drone footage was updated as seasons changed. Lisa was very approachable and responsive to our many communications throughout the process. She came highly recommended and lived up to that recommendation. Now we are recommending her to others.
