Lisa Johnson is a true professional as well as very personal. We met her years ago at an open house and those personal touches remained with us and choose her when selling our home. She quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure that we had what we need to have our house in perfect showing condition. She came to the meeting to discuss the listing price and had done her homework. She had the data and comps to back up her recommendation for pricing and a great marketing plan. She was very responsive when setting the listing price. She has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. Her marketing network connections were fantastic. Furthermore, and most importantly, Lisa has treated us with that special touch of making us feel as if we were her only clients; while we knew that she was busy working with other clients as well. Lisa and her team at Urban Upgrade provided an excellent service in not only selling our very unique acreage but also helped our family sell and buy a new villa for my Mother at the same time.
