We first met Lisa in 2016 when she helped us find our first Calgary home on a company move. She was so familiar with the market, and so personable, there was no question who we would contact again when we decided to find a new home where we will live into retirement. We highly recommend Lisa as an agent.

After our first face-to-face meeting with her, we selected Lisa Johnson to help us downsize from an older home to a new infill duplex. That was a great decision. With very skilled analysis and marketing, we sold our home for our target price and terms, and then very quickly found the new home that met our exact wants and needs. The level of support from Lisa and the Urban Upgrade team was top notch, throughout both transactions. We will be recommending them to friends looking for the same high standard of real estate service.

She listened to what we wanted, and did a comparable search, again showing her wisdom of the industry, selecting houses that were truly comparable. Together we worked out the price. Lisa was amazing. She has a great sense of style and design. She advised many things that made my house more saleable. She also was able to get me an excellent price on new rugs and upgraded hardware for my kitchen cabinets. She staged my house to show it in the most appealing way. Because of her advise I not only got $5,000.00 over my asking price but it sold very quickly. I believe that because of her expertise it was fair market value both on the initial pricing and the pricing war that it resulted. The social media and brochures showing many pictures of my house were amazing. I would recommend Lisa to anyone that wants not only a quick sale but one that gets the highest offers.
