Lisa was extremely unprofessional, when she added multiple additional terms that violated the Ontario tenancy act, when asked about, she was very hostile and started yelling telling us (the renters) that we aren’t going to discuss this. She refused to acknowledge her violations and didn’t act on anything. We had many problems with her. Extremely unprofessional and a lack of knowledge of the laws and regulations.

I have to say Lisa is the best realtor agent I’ve ever worked with during my past years of property transactions! She is so professional and experienced in her job ! She knows what people need and always update them immediately! Meanwhile I am so satisfied with her gorgeous staging for the house , that shining bright our eyes and left us an unforgettable memory for our lovely house… Thank you so much Lisa and the best wishes for you and your family!
