Lisa worked very hard to sell the home for which we were executors. It was a particularly tricky transaction due to the fact that all of the money for the sale of the home is going to charity. She had to work hard to get the best sale price in the shortest amount of time. Lisa virtually staged the empty home and included large "posters" of the virtual staging so that potential buyers could envision what the house could be. The house sold very quickly and had multiple bids. An excellent conclusion!
