Linda was able to sell our house at a time when the market was changing. We always had faith in her abilities and knew she would do well for us and any buyer or seller she represented and she went above and beyond. When there was a minor issue at closing she was there and did everything to help remedy the problem. This was the third time representing us( once as a buyer and twice as a seller. We look forward to her helping us in the future if required. Thanks Linda. You are the best,

Linda was a wonderful real estate agent to deal with. She always arrived on time for our viewings, and was always responsive when asked a question. Thanks to Linda, I was able to buy my current residence. If she had not encouraged me to increase my bid by a relatively small percentage, I simply would have been outbid. She knew my bid was a bit low, so she advised me to increase by bid. In the end, several bids were around the same amount, but I was able to succeed due to agreeing to the early closing date. I really believe that without increasing my bid, as she encouraged, I would not have bought my current residence. Even post purchase, I find Linda helpful. I did need her help in having the prior agent's lockbox removed from my door. Apparently he forgot about it.

Our journey started almost a year and a half ago, when we first met Linda when we inquired about a home in the Arboretum. We faced many challenges throughout this time trying to fit our personal situation into this journey and never once, when we called, did Linda hesitate to work with us, support us until we were finally able to fulfill our dream to purchase an Arboretum home. Linda's tenacity, and continuous support was present every step of the way not only on the moving day, but her continued support after the move, offering help. Linda became more of a friend, then just a realtor, and always made sure she had our best interest first.

I have worked with Linda twice now to buy and sell. Both times have been great experiences and if I wasn’t moving out of Ontario I would still be working with her. Linda’s very professional and knowledgeable it made buying my first home amazing and I was very picky, she found a place that ticked all the boxes. Recently selling was a breeze I couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the process was.
