This is the second time I have worked with Lily, first to sell my condo and most recently to purchase a house. Both experiences have been great - Lily is very professional, friendly, provides you space and time to look and research and will also provide her valuable expertise and opinions when asked. She has excellent attention to detail, she won't miss anything! And her negotiation skills are excellent, both times securing me the best package possible. Highly recommend working with her.

Lily was very accommodating and friendly even after viewing +20 properties. She managed to have the sellers prioritize our bid and got us a few extra savings. Will definitely be using her services again.
