Liam is amazing! We had a family member pass away unexpectedly in St. Albert and are from out of province. Liam quickly arranged to meet us on short notice, gave us some great advice about all of our options, was patient as we sorted things out with family and went above and beyond helping us to do things from a distance! Liam is awesome! We met him once - months before - at an open house before we had even chosen a realtor. We started with a realtor recommended to us, but soon realized they weren't a good fit. Who was that guy at that open house - who knew the neighborhood and market well and wasn't a pushy stereotypical sales person? We searched our rather poor memories (and the internet)... and found him! Liam found us just what we were looking for, got us in very quickly to see homes in a very hot market and advised us where we needed to be to seal the deal. It didn't stop there - he went above and beyond after the offer was accepted to help out in a long distance move. He's a great person to work with, always well prepared right down to a pen, flashlight or shoehorn where needed. Dogs and especially cats love him too! We can't say enough about this guy and the Matt Berry Group has been super great to deal with as well. Highly recommended.
