Liam was wonderful while working with us. He was always punctual and kept in contact with us throughout the process of selling our home and finding the perfect retirement condo for us. He was patient and respectful while we took our time and looked at many places. Extremely knowledgeable with the properties and always making sure the choices were in line with our wants and needs. He also kept in touch with our children who are very involved with our wellbeing and future. Overall Liam was our best friend over the last few months.

We worked with Liam Whalen to sell our house and he was fantastic! It was our first time selling and he made sure to walk us through all the necessary steps, made sure we were well aware of any and all fees and took the time to answer questions whenever we had them. He even gave us a checklist of things to double check before the buyers inspection to make sure everything was up to par!
