<p>I met Leslie 7 years ago when I was buying my first apartment. I kept calling realtors about their listings only to hear they were sold. Leslie was the only one who told me the listing I was inquiring about had been sold, but she would be happy to show me other apartments if I’d like. Since she was the only realtor that wanted my business, she got it. Many realtors are not interested in first time buyers because of the high workload and lower return. But Leslie is different. She is a true professional who puts the needs of her clients first, regardless of what they are looking for. She knew this was my first real estate purchase and that I was nervous with lots of questions. The market for first time buyers in Vancouver is challenging and doesn’t leave a lot of time to view places and make a decision. But despite all that, Leslie put in an amazing effort. She did not stop looking for apartments until I was 100% satisfied.</p> <p>7 years later I needed to sell that apartment and move overseas for work. The only agent I wanted to list it was Leslie. She came through once again and negotiated a great sale price for me, far surpassing my expectations of what I would get for my condo.
