Leslie followed up with realtors to gauge their client's level of interest in our property and nudge them forward, if appropriate. Finally, she negotiated effectively, and fruitfully, on our behalf to close the sale at an excellent price. During the selling process, Leslie promptly informed us about the most recent viewing as well as any developments with previous potential buyers.
