We met Leanne at an open house event over eight months ago and engaged her as our buying agent almost immediately as result of her initial presentations. She knew the Delta real estate markets well and had established a practice of keeping her clients informed with market updates by email on a regular basis. Through her arrangements, we had been shown a large number of houses in Tsawwassen and North Delta. We had made quite a few offers in the last three months including one accepted but withdrawn for reasons of emerging drainage problems, but Leanne remained very patient in serving us in a very professional manner. The home we finally purchased actually just went onto the market for four days and received 3 to 4 offers. Needless to say, it could not have been secured without Leanne's advice to adjust the offered price and going back and forth between the selling agent and in a timely and effective manner. We were fortunate to have found Leanne who served us well as our real agent and as such, we have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who would consider her service.

Leanne was great to work with. My husband I don't have a typical work schedule and she was willing to meet with us on our free time. She was quick to react to the places that we were very interested in and got us into the building that we fell in love with.

I would highly recommend Leanne Robb to sell your home. Leanne is a go getter and she always returned our phone calls promptly whenever we had questions etc. She has a warm personality but she can be a great negotiator when the time comes in order to get you the price you want for your home.

Leanne is a highly knowledgeable, patient and very professional real estate agent. As first time home buyers, our knowledge base of buying a house was pretty low. Not only she guided us through the process, she found us a townhouse in the area we wanted and within our budget. Her peripheral team members (house inspector, mortgage broker) are top notch as well. We had some unexpected glitches in the home buying process which almost meant we couldn’t close the deal and she assisted in the process till we actually got the possession of the house. I would definitely recommend her to any home buyers looking for an honest, reliable and hard working real estate agent!

Leanne was very courteous and helpful throughout the entire buying process. Even when she was away for a few days with her family, she had an agent in place to help us and still continued to make herself regularly available to help us in regards to making offers and answering questions.
