Leanne was very easy to deal with and always on time. She had a had her work cut out for her with the market changing to all multiple offers and helped us put in 4 other offers before we managed to buy! Without her being on the ball we would not have been successful at all! Leanne was excellent in finding the house we purchased and we would recommend her to any one!

We were nervous buying our First House and were unfamiliar with the neighbourhoods that we were looking at. Leanne was extremely friendly, helpful and really listened to our needs / wants. She was honest and frank about the properties that we were looking at. At no point did we feel like she was just being agreeable or saying just anything "to try to make the sale". We really appreciated the information packages that she provided us along the way to break down each process - they were helpful in understanding how the real estate transaction would work, step by step and kept us on track with various things we needed to do. Her communication with us was great and she was very patient with us throughout this major purchase. I would TOTALLY recommend Leanne to anyone looking for real estate in the future. Leanne worked with us through 3 transactions, the sale of a home and sale of a mobile home and purchase of a home. This was through the period February 2020 to Sept 2020 and during that time Leanne did a great job of keeping us informed about the market.

We met Leanne at an open house event over eight months ago and engaged her as our buying agent almost immediately as result of her initial presentations. She knew the Delta real estate markets well and had established a practice of keeping her clients informed with market updates by email on a regular basis. Through her arrangements, we had been shown a large number of houses in Tsawwassen and North Delta. We had made quite a few offers in the last three months including one accepted but withdrawn for reasons of emerging drainage problems, but Leanne remained very patient in serving us in a very professional manner. The home we finally purchased actually just went onto the market for four days and received 3 to 4 offers. Needless to say, it could not have been secured without Leanne's advice to adjust the offered price and going back and forth between the selling agent and in a timely and effective manner. We were fortunate to have found Leanne who served us well as our real agent and as such, we have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who would consider her service.
