The housing market was very competitive for buyers, and made finding a home a challenge. Leah was honest and upfront from our first meeting that we were in for a potentially long wait to find and successfully purchase a home. Lucky for us, she worked around the clock and was quick to jump on properties as they sprung up. We managed to get into a perfect starter home after only a month of looking. We couldn't recommend Leah enough.

We had a great experience working with Leah. She was thorough, knowledgeable, honest and we really felt that she put our needs and interests first. With the current market being so hot and being out of town buyers we felt at a disadvantage but Leah made it doable and was always there to answer our questions and give us her thoughts. When we did find a place she negotiated for us and was quick to get us organized to make an offer. As first time home buyers she answered our questions during the closing process and went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for when we arrived on possession day. Leah was great to work with and we would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

Leah helped us pick the right time to sell our house - the market was ripe. She was very efficient in organizing the many showings within a small window of time. In addition we exceeded our expectations on price by a significant amount. We reviewed the various offers and her recommendations on finding the right buyer were spot on. The closing went very smoothly and the entire process was handled in a very professional manner!

Leah has represented me multiple times over the years with my real estate needs. She is thorough, intelligent, knows the market well and goes the extra mile when details are needed. Leah knows that real estate is ever changing and she makes the effort to keep on top of important policy changes. She also knows that buying a house is really buying a home.
