Leah is an excellent real estate agent. She took so much time with us and was so helpful with all of the inspections and give us lots of recommendations. We came from out of town and Leah really accommodated with our time frame. I would highly recommend Leah and have her help us purchase/sell again in the future

When I finally made the decision to downsize I asked Leah to be my Real Estate Agent. She had me sign an agreement to that effect after which we had several fairly lengthy conversations where she asked many pertinent questions concerning my plans, my wishes and my druthers. In doing so she educated me in the basic tenets of selling and buying a home. Many of which I was totally unaware of. When I finally decided to list my home she spent considerable time helping me get my home ready for sale. Her ability to quickly produce trades for essential work was outstanding... as I was told that long waits were the norm. Over the same period she assisted me in finding and evaluating potential new smaller homes with limited upkeep requirements. As it happened, with her constant support, I bought my new home before my ex home sold. It was a very hectic few weeks... involving a total of over $2.2 million dollars... which became a bit complicated at times involving financing, inspections etc etc. Throughout this period Leah was a tower of immediate knowledge, strength and support. She remained professional yet very personable throughout the three months of fairly intense preparations, considerations and decision making. I can't recommend Leah highly enough. I have recommended her to all of my friends. And I will put all my future real estate dealings into her capable hands.
