Trevor and Layne make a greater team. A friend recommended them, I will always be grateful for that. Trevor came, sat and explained the procedure. He arranged a film crew and almost immediately the showings started. He listed our property for more than we thought possible and sold it for over asking. He arranged a rent back agreement for us with the purchasers giving us old folks time to buy and move. Trevor then helped us find a new home!! As a past business manager I recognize leadership, sincerity, honesty, integrity and kindness. I’m happy to say I found all these qualities in Trevor. I have confidence in saying I would recommend these two men to handle any size sale.

Trevor and Layne were very friendly. The one thing I really liked was the first visit - talked about our home and what we expected - no pressure - no paperwork!! Then we called them and the ball started rolling and never stopped until we sold and all paperwork was finished. Both agents were in contact with us throughout our transaction and we were more than happy to deal with them.
