Trevor We found you to be ambitious, confident, honest and a very hard worker despite what time it was in the day. You took a sale that would have been difficult for any realtor and made it as easy and pain free as possible. We were quite surprised and impressed that you even offered to come work on the house to complete the last of the last of the renovations that were on hold due to my injuries. You always kept a positive and inspiring attitude even when there where a few hiccups with the buyers but in the end the right people go the house. I would give you a higher start rating if this app allowed it but since it doesn’t I will end this with this If anyone is looking for a realtor who’s willing to go above and beyond to get your house sold, Trevor Friesen is the guy for the job. But make sure he doesn’t work past 10pm unless it’s absolutely necessary. Thanks Joshua and Merika

My husband and I were first time home buyers and Trevor went out of his way to help us out. He was always available and willing to set up viewings, made it super easy to work with him. He set up an MLS listing and was really adaptable to changing our focus as our search went on and the areas, price, size, etc. shifted (first time buyers!). He set up viewings quickly and on our schedule so we didn't miss anything. He kept us informed during the closing process, explained everything, what documents we needed and where to send documents, and what would happen next so there were no surprises. We never felt pressured or mistrustful (which we definitely had a bit of in our adventures with other realtors!). We were so happy when we got the keys and we love our new place. Trevor's awesome!

When we were initially looking to purchase there was limited inventory and many quick sales. Trevor was very responsive to our showing requests and he made suggestions of places that may meet the criteria we outlined. Then pandemic protocols came into effect and Trevor worked within these changing guidelines. He is very friendly and hard working. Highly recommend Trevor as an agent.

Trevor persevered in helping us find our new home, even after we had started to give up hope - and it paid off with a more than perfect home for us! He went above and beyond every step of the way, from doing virtual video tours of any house we were interested in to his negotiation prowess in the offer stage through to the closing. He was always willing to go the extra mile (literally, too, as our search area expanded). His knowledge and guidance along the way was much appreciated. We were really happy to have him on our side - we highly recommend Trevor. He's really REALLY good at this!
