I'm a second time buyer with lots of tumultuousness during the sale/purchase process because of covid and its associated uncertainty. I thought I'd never be able to get into another house but Layne and Trevor stuck it out with me during the whole process. In the end, everything worked out and i now have a little place to call my own. They'll make it happen ! As sellers, we had a terrific experience with Layne. He is honest, reliable, very positive and always available. He is a very friendly fellow and has the ability to put your mind at ease, instilling a lot of confidence. With 4 listings on our street, ours was the only one that sold. We had an offer within 3 weeks even though the covid 19 restrictions had just started and a second offer which was firm with no conditions a month later, which we accepted. Layne is also very well versed with social media which showed our house exceptionally well and expanded the reach of our listing. We highly reccommend him and plan to use him again in the future.
