We're very grateful that we had Lauren as our realtor, friend and guide in the process of selling our home. Lauren really took the time to get to know our situation and needs and helped make the whole process seamless and relaxed. During the whole process Lauren was compassionate and understanding, and always seemed to know when was the right time to step in or step back. I highly recommend Lauren, she is a fantastic realtor! Lauren helped my boyfriend and I purchase our condo in Burnaby. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always put our best interest first! House hunting was a very stressful experience and we were extremely happy to have Lauren to help us through it. She has great attention to detail and made sure that we were well informed about every property we saw. She also worked very hard to ensure our offer was accepted - we might not have gotten our place without her!

Lauren provided an excellent overview of the sales trends in my neighbourhood. She compared my property to other reasonable comparables in my local market, and generated a sales price that I originally felt was far too ambitious. Nonetheless, her comprehensive market assessment convinced me to give it a try. Her team then helped guide me bring my condo into a saleable state, and spent several days expertly staging the condo. In the end, we sold above the asking price Lauren had suggested (the asking price I originally felt was too high). In summary, Lauren did an excellent job at assessing the market, planning the sale, and executing the sale. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to a friend in the future.
