My husband and I had a great experience working with Lauren in purchasing our first home. Lauren was very patient with us as this was a long process. She is extremely knowledgable and found many great properties for us to view. As first time home buyers, knowing very little, Lauren went above and beyond in explaining different aspects of the process and recommending various people to get in touch with. Her background in architecture was valuable in helping us envision all the changes we could make to each house we viewed in order to make it our own. Lauren's communication was excellent and she was very accommodating. We not only found an amazing home but made a good friend along the way. Highly recommend using Lauren as your agent!

Lauren is amazing! As a first time home buyer, I entered the buyer's market with basically zero idea what to expect, but Lauren had the knowledge and skills to explain everything clearly, and to set my mind at ease. She is always available and willing to answer questions, and had great insights into the properties we viewed, and the positives/disadvantages of each. We had been looking for a home on PEI for several years, wanting to make a big move from Ontario. It was hard to try and find somewhere just by looking online. But then we found Lauren! It was great having her available whenever we needed her to take us "virtually" through some houses, helping us to learn more about the various areas and neighbourhoods on the Island. When we finally found our "creampuff" home, her knowledge and thoroughness made the buying process as smooth as it could be . Lauren also made our actual physical move to the Island much easier than it might otherwise have been, helping us to make sure we had a place to stay until the closing date.
