We are incredibly grateful for Lauren. As first-time home buyers, the entire process felt very nerve racking, but she made it smooth and easy to navigate from start to finish. Lauren was especially accommodating of my husband’s out of town work schedule, which made a huge difference. She took the time to clearly explain each step and help us feel confident and comfortable throughout. As our preferences changed she was always quick to adapt and find new options that suited us and arrange timely showings. One thing that stood out is her knowledge of construction. She was able to point out details we would have otherwise missed and gave us realistic expectations about potential upgrades and improvements. Her expertise and approachable personality made her an invaluable part of this journey. Very glad we chose her as our realtor and would refer to her again if ever needed in the future!

Lauren was used to sell my townhouse and the purchase of a condo. She worked very hard to make sure I got the best deal for my for both. She always made herself available when I needed her. I was also very impressed with all of her construction contacts (if I needed work to be done for my sale or on my ne purchase). I felt she really bent over backwards to get me everything I wanted.

House buying was not in the plans for another year but when we decided it was go time, Lauren came to our rescue! We were quickly referred to her and she jumped in without hesitation. Lauren guided us through our buying and selling process, using her experience, expertise, and absolute confidence to make the deals happen. Lauren was ALWAYS available, communicative, and kept us on track towards our goals. We’re forever grateful for where we landed because of her!

Lauren was really great to work with. She was very patient and willing to walk us through the whole buying and selling process. She was always on time and quick to get back to our phone calls and messages. She would spend an entire day with us driving around looking at houses since we were on bit of a time crunch and I feel she genuinely had our best interest in mind. She was also kind and understanding about bringing my 3 kids to all of our meetings. I would definitely recommend her.
