Laura provided me with outstanding service both in the sale and purchase of my new condo. This is the 2nd sale/purchase I have done with her. Laura’s professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written, set her apart. Laura possesses extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, empowering me to make an informed decisions. Honestly, I find real estate daunting, I only jumped in because I knew I would be working with Laura again. And am I ever glad I did! Laura met or exceeded my and our expectations in all aspects of the recent sale of our home. She is a fine example of integrity in her profession. I chose Laura to help me find a condo after reading the glowing testimonials of her online and, subsequently, meeting her in person. Laura did not rest on these online laurels. From start to finish, I could concur with everything I had read about her. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, very responsive to all emails and texts, honest, compassionate and considerate, with a grounded, calm demeanour. Her experience in the real estate world is wholly evident. She steered me clear of a condo that I was interested in, as she knew the history of this building the condo was in could bring trouble and large assessments for me down the road. She has her eye on the prize for her clients. My experience with Laura was incredibly positive throughout. I absolutely recommend her service.
