Not knowing the house sale market in Victoria at all, I put my trust in Laura (and Laney) and I knew I had made the right decision. Laura is everything you would want in a Realtor. We used her to purchase our new Condo. She made sure she knew what we were looking for, and she showed us tons of places. I never felt rushed, or pressured. I felt like she was looking out for my best interests, not her own. She is a warm, friendly person and a consummate professional. Laura is extremely hard working. It seems no matter when I contacted her by text or email she responded very quickly. If I had questions about something she got the answers. She also went over and above and offered to write up a contract for sale for us when we were selling our own property privately to a family member, and she helped us through that process without any benefit to herself.
