Laura was very helpful through our home buying and selling experience. Anytime we wanted to go see the other house, she booked it for us very quickly! She slowly worked through the process with us while we sold our house! She answered any questions that arose during this whole selling and buying experience!!!

Selling and buying a home is super stressful. Our house selling/buying experience was anything but routine. Laura was able to get us multiple offers after just a couple weeks on the market. Unfortunately people walked after the home inspection. Although our spirits were down Laura was working her contacts and not 48 hours later we had 3 more offers ready for us to choose from. A week later we had a firm sales agreement and we were ready to find our dream home. Laura helped us draw up one of the most complex offers which involved a power of sale, failed home inspection, failed water inspection and failed septic. After several rounds of negotiations we could not come to an agreement on price and we were the ones who decided to walk this time. Laura maintained her professionalism the whole time. On to the next one. After viewing several more properties Laura helped us draw up another offer. This time we were successful in securing the property. Laura worked hard to both sell our home and secure our next home. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. She worked late nights and early mornings to get our deals done. She was a great agent.

Laura has a great reputation both here in Carleton Place and in surrounding areas. She is very well connected and has a great internet presence to attract potential buyers. She is always there to answer your questions and with her extensive experience in real estate, is able to provide sound advice and guide you through the process. We were very happy we chose her to sell a second house for us.
