Laura was a fantastic realtor to deal with. She knows the market very well, knows the value of homes in the neighbourhood and their corresponding price points. She was able to calm our stresses of selling in the midst of a pandemic! She took COVID protocols seriously and provided masks and gloves and shoe covers for people coming to view the home. It was a pleasure to work with you Laura! I will definitely recommend you to others looking to buy in Ottawa and the surrounding area.

Laura was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and responsive with me. I was a first-time buyer and knew nothing about the process. She answered all of my questions and provided advice and guidance when I asked for it. Having worked with Laura, I would never try to buy a home on my own. She was excellent in explaining the offer process, what the houses would likely sell for, what conditions were and how they would affect our offer, and most importantly, how to think about creating an offer. I'm confident I would still be looking for a home without Laura.
