Laura did a great job for us. She listened to us, figured out what we were looking for, and it was actually she that found the property we ended up purchasing. She worked as a go-between with the small issues that arose before closing very effectively. Thanks Laura.

<p>Laura went out of the normal way of doing things to find us a property we loved before it went on the market so that we didn't get into multiple offers.<br /> She outlined all our options when deciding to purchase and sell our property.<br /> She was honest and direct in showing us properties pointing out the good things and the bad.<br /> She gave us all the information we needed on potential properties, outlined them in emails and verbally and always assisted us with questions in order for us to make informed decisions.<br /> Her marketing for our property was outstanding, she created her own video of our community, surroundings and the property itself.<br /> She was always professional and personable under all circumstances especially during the negotiation process. She explained the steps clearly to both myself and my spouse.<br /> She was available to us by email phone or text and always got back to us in a timely manner.<br /> She provided us with lists of things we had to complete before certain time periods.<br /> She acquired all the documents that were needed from our strata management company before they were needed.<br /> She is straight forward and understanding.<br /> She knows the market well and the ins and outs of how realestate purchases and sales work.<br /> On a personal note she's a really nice individual whom a trust to take care of us with the biggest purchase of our lives.</p>
