I cannot say enough good about Laura and Ian. We immediately felt comfortable with them helping us navigate the sale of our home. Not only did they have industry expertise, but also had a calm and grounding presence for what was a stressful and busy time. They connected us to other professionals for help with sorting through our family home to get it ready for moving and provided guidance around what to expect while making sure we were comfortable with all steps of the process. Laura and Ian responded promptly when I contacted them and I always felt like they listened to my concerns and took my questions seriously. Working with Laura and Ian felt like working with ‘real people’ that were invested in our needs. I would most certainly ask for their help again in any future sale or purchase of a home.

Laura helped me find a home this winter - taking me to about 40 showings in 6-8 weeks. She is exceptionally focused and detail oriented; she does not let you forget a thing. She stays in close communication - lots of emails, texts, and lists of things to do (and in what order). She is also a great resource in terms of referrals to other key resources you will require in the buying/selling process (house & WETT inspectors, painters, duct & house cleaners etc, mortgage brokers, lawyers etc). Laura makes buying a new house a one stop shop, relieving much of the anxiety and uncertainty inherent to this process. Her positivity and deep understanding of people's anxiety around finances, geography, and how you feel in a space makes her an empathetic realtor - one that cares that you feel good about the purchase, the space, and the life you plan to create in it. Her partner Ian is also wonderful - easy going, helpful, and knowledgeable about construction and renovations. Cannot recommend them more highly.

They were clear, kind, professional, and available even when I needed immediate practical help or didn’t know who to call. Not once did they flinch. What could’ve been overwhelming was made easy, even light. I felt genuinely supported through a major move, and their quiet confidence gave me real peace of mind. And I got what I wanted.
