We were living in the US when we sold our apartment and Lara was on top of everything. We were so busy with our jobs and personal lives here in the US and Lara was constantly following up and letting of us know how to proceed. There wasn't a time, I mean not even once, I called her from the US that she didn't pick up the phone. Her replies to our emails were instantaneous. She was amazing.
