Hello I met Lana Pontello ,on line ,,asking her about a home. We spoke with in a day or so... I immediately felt comfortable talking with her, as I was selling a home and was considering buying a home in the Interior, I discussed all my criteria with Lana and the homes started coming despite the Covid -19 concerns ,,,the market slowly picked up. There was a great variety and they met my criteria and financial goals.Then one day she sent me ,,personally ,,,a home only listed a day and that was it !!! She was so attentive and efficient and more so communicated all the steps she took,,throughout the entire Contract of Purchase process, doing all the paper work etc subjects removal ,,all the follow up with the other realtor ..etc ,,,right to the home inspection and attended with me, as I had to drive up from the coast. Lana made the entire process smooth and worry free. She is an excellent , consistent and very experienced realtor ,,who knows the area and answered all my questions and concerns quickly, I love the home cant wait to move in all thanks to Lana .I would highly recommended her to all my friends and when and If I relocate,, I know who to call,,,only the best! Lana was amazing! She was very responsive at all hours of the day and answered every question we had. She even made sure we had our amenities switched over to avoid paying reconnection fees!! We will definitely be recommending her to all our friends.

I have been looking at the Idea to move for over a year now and Lana has been right there the entire time always open willing and able. When I finally got 100 percent committed Lana found me multiple properties that checked all my boxes and worked a deal for me within the timeframes I wanted. I can be very demanding and selfish at times and don't realize that until too late, like the time I had Lana come show me a property for the second time not realizing it was a Statuary Holiday and maybe she would have liked to be with her family. I can't say enough nice things about her and her professionalism and ability to connect with people. All I really can say is Thank you and if you want a Realtor that will work with you to address your needs and for you to get those needs filled Lana is that person.

Lana is amazing! Searching for the right home in today’s market was very trying and stressful. Lana showed us many homes, from under budget to over budget and everything in between. Lana was very patient, honest and not at all pushy! Our offers not being accepted in multiple offer situations was extremely stressful. However Lana did find us the perfect home and was very helpful though out the entire process. Lana is very good at her job, we would definitely use her again. Lana did an outstanding job. She was referred to me by another agent in the office and immediately began working to help us our purchase. The market is on fire right now, and she did backflips to ensure that we were taken care of. Will definitely use her again!
