I have found Lana Pontello to have excellent skill sets relevant to the real estate business. She is well informed, firm and effective with her reasoning and always considerate of her client. She handles complicated problems with a rare coolness and approach strategy. I would strongly recommend her to fellow friends of mine planning to buy or sell a property. She demonstrates zest in what she does.

We would highly recommend Lana as a realtor. She is friendly, has wonderful communication skills, addresses any issues immediately, is patient and helpful with recommendations. We had a great experience with her, and really enjoyed working with her.

Lana was absolutely amazing to work with. She made navigating this busy market easy and stress free. Very knowledgeable and on top of the ever changing market. She is very personable and easy going. There was even one showing where she examined the entire crawl space on her hands and knees with us to check for any structural concerns. Cannot recommend her enough. She will 100% be our realtor again when the time comes.

Lana was a fabulous agent for us, and supported us as we navigated the process, including withdrawing one offer and applying it to an alternate property on the same development. She was patient, calm and professional throughout. She responded to our calls and questions in a timely manner and we always felt she was there for us. She even went out of her way to visit the property and take additional pictures for us (we don't currently live in the area). Would definitely recommend her!

Hello I met Lana Pontello ,on line ,,asking her about a home. We spoke with in a day or so... I immediately felt comfortable talking with her, as I was selling a home and was considering buying a home in the Interior, I discussed all my criteria with Lana and the homes started coming despite the Covid -19 concerns ,,,the market slowly picked up. There was a great variety and they met my criteria and financial goals.Then one day she sent me ,,personally ,,,a home only listed a day and that was it !!! She was so attentive and efficient and more so communicated all the steps she took,,throughout the entire Contract of Purchase process, doing all the paper work etc subjects removal ,,all the follow up with the other realtor ..etc ,,,right to the home inspection and attended with me, as I had to drive up from the coast. Lana made the entire process smooth and worry free. She is an excellent , consistent and very experienced realtor ,,who knows the area and answered all my questions and concerns quickly, I love the home cant wait to move in all thanks to Lana .I would highly recommended her to all my friends and when and If I relocate,, I know who to call,,,only the best!
