Lana was great to work with. She was very helpful and professional during the entire process. She works primarily out of Penticton, and the properties we were viewing were in Osoyoos, so I expected her to not know the area quite as well, but we were very satisfied with the information she provided about the town. Our deal fell through, but I would absolutely call her if we are ever in the market again.

I have found Lana Pontello to have excellent skill sets relevant to the real estate business. She is well informed, firm and effective with her reasoning and always considerate of her client. She handles complicated problems with a rare coolness and approach strategy. I would strongly recommend her to fellow friends of mine planning to buy or sell a property. She demonstrates zest in what she does.

Lana was absolutely amazing to work with. She made navigating this busy market easy and stress free. Very knowledgeable and on top of the ever changing market. She is very personable and easy going. There was even one showing where she examined the entire crawl space on her hands and knees with us to check for any structural concerns. Cannot recommend her enough. She will 100% be our realtor again when the time comes.

Lana was a fabulous agent for us, and supported us as we navigated the process, including withdrawing one offer and applying it to an alternate property on the same development. She was patient, calm and professional throughout. She responded to our calls and questions in a timely manner and we always felt she was there for us. She even went out of her way to visit the property and take additional pictures for us (we don't currently live in the area). Would definitely recommend her!
