I always recommend Lana! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is also very upfront and will advise truthfully and honestly you on your purchase or sale. She is also very client oriented. We are definitely her clients for life!

We just moved from New Zealand to Calgary and were having difficulties finding an agent that would take us to view potential properties. We wanted to get insight into the market, which areas we could afford, etc. Lana was a wealth of knowledge and after a simple interview we were all on the same page. Right away she treated us more as friends than a business transaction. We found our house on the first night after viewing only 5 properties! Within hours we wrote an offer, which was accepted by midnight the same day. We were surprised by her dedication to work all night if she had to in order to close the deal. Lana had our best interests at heart throughout negotiations and helped us through all aspects of the transaction right up to closing. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who was looking for a realtor!

<p>Lana demonstrated endless patience working with us while we proved to be very picky looking for a new home, with a specific list of what would work for us. Her cheery personality was unfazed when we dragged 3 and 5 year olds along for the ride. She was always game to bring us into a property with short notice while she continued to work at finding something we might not have thought of considering, always keeping our eyes open to the realistic possibilities in front of us. Her knowledge of building construction and renovation possibilities and costs helped us to make informed decisions without delay or speculation. We are very happy with the home Lana helped us to purchase and we wouldn’t have been able to make it happen without her guidance and advice. She was able to draw on her intimate knowledge of Lake Bonavista and present it to us in a way that allowed us to be informed on all fronts while decreasing the stress of such a significant life decision.
