<p>We got to know Lana Bedard when she helped us find a home in (2017). Despite our very challenging requirements and our high expectations, Lana was always patient, cheerful and accommodating. She made the house hunting experience much easier for us than we have previously experienced and we felt confident she was always working for our best interest. Lana and her team provided immediate response to emails and text messages and were able to provide recommendations for trades people and community resources. I can’t say enough about our high regard for Lana Bedard!</p>

<p>Lana was very pleasant and straight forward but tough when it came to negotiating with the seller's realtor. She followed up promptly with all of our questions and her assistant sent us lists of service providers we could use to satisfy conditions. The check lists she sent us each step of the way were extremely helpful. The entire process was very smooth and efficient but also felt very personal. We will recommend her to anyone who asks.</p>

Lana was referred to us as "a very conscientious, personable and hardworking realtor". We met in April and she talked us through our final home renovations, staging and the selling of our home. We followed her recommendations and our home sold the first day for over 99% of our asking price. Lana listened to our wants and needs when it came to purchasing a home and understood that we did not want to "just settle" for our next home. She made every effort to accommodate our time schedule and provided valuable feedback in our purchase. Getting ready to sell one home and looking to purchase another home is a big undertaking and Lana helped us through the process in so many different ways. We would definitely recommend her and would not consider using any other realtor for any future needs.

Lana was very helpful and knowledgeable when she worked with us on the purchase of a house and also a condo last year. We have bought several houses over the years and Lana and her team were by far the best we have ever encountered. I don't know that we would have found the properties that we ended up buying without her help. She is really a nice person to work with and her calm, kind and very patient approach to real estate made the search for the right property a very pleasant experience. Her communication during the process of looking for a property and in the followup after we purchased was excellent and she always returned calls very quickly and we always knew what was to be expected and when. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her team to anyone.
