Our kids had all grown up and moved, so we felt it was time for something smaller. We tried 2 other realtors before contacting Kristina both of them wanted to set the asking price of our house $30,000 lower then what we felt the market should bring. She has an amazing photographer that highlighted the features of our home and with her marketing plan we able to sell our home in 3 days for a price most of neighbors never thought we would get.
