Krista was absolutely fantastic - so much so that we're sticking with her for our next purchase and will continue to do so. She is very professional, knowledgeable and admits when she doesn't know something and then finds out right away (seems to have endless resources for all of our questions). She goes well above and beyond our (quite high) expectations and discovers things about a specific property or area that we never knew and wouldn't have found ourselves. She was great during negotiation period and had very accurate predictions. It's always easy to reach her and she keeps us posted constantly. With Krista we always feel we're in good hands for any real estate decisions. To put the above statements in perspective, we are extremely demanding clients - we do exhaustive research ourselves and in the past we've never felt that the professional we were working with knew more than we did, until we met Krista.
