This is the 3rd home Krista has sold for us, and the 3rd home we've bought through her. Krista is exceptionally knowledgable, trustworthy, professional, and friendly. She's beyond patient when frankly, we were driving our own selves crazy with questions. She is solely invested in her clients best interest, steering them gently to decisions that fit their finances, lifestyle, needs. We could not recommend Krista more highly and will certainly use her for our next purchase or sale.

Krista was the seller's agent when I bought my first place twelve years ago. I reached out out of the blue when I found my new dream home and she helped me put together an offer same day. I got to purchase my dream home, and then she helped me sell the original property and was amazing through out the entire process.

<p>Krista was referred to me by a former neighbour and current friend, as she'd helped him and his family purchase a unit in the same condo complex in which my condo was. Her knowledge of the complex was outstanding, and she was always on top of all the latest trends going on both in the complex (as it is a massive, six-building complex divided into three stratas), but also the latest market trends in Vancouver and the Canadian real estate market in general.</p> <p>Though I was selling in a difficult period - during the fall and winter 2020/21 during the pandemic - Krista's valiant efforts to market my condo were excellent, and we finally were able to make headway in the late winter to sell my place. The other added challenge was that my place was tenanted and the tenant, although charming, was not keeping the condo in a "show-worthy" way so that was yet another challenge heaped on.</p> <p>Krista's cheerful demeanour, honesty and transparency about my place and the market, and overall dedication to get me the best deal, are something that I value greatly. I always felt that she had my best interests at heart. I absolutely recommend her and I know that she will fight in your corner to get you your best sale or get your dream home.</p>

Krista was fabulous in her efforts to assist in the sale of our home. She was relentless in her pursuit of leads and also gave us sound advice throughout the process. She has a strong sense of the market and can help guide decision-making even under difficult circumstances such as our recent pandemic market. She also has a keen sense of what needs to be done to ensure that the property was at its best for viewing. We very much appreciated her professionalism and her enthusiasm during the whole process.
