<p>I met Kris somewhat by chance. I saw a house that I liked online and sent an email to see if I could see it, it happened to be Kris' listing. From this initial showing I asked Kris to come assess my current home and I then listed with Kris. Why? because there was never a moment that I didn't feel trust, comfort and confidence in his ability as a real estate agent. I sold my place, bought the initial home I saw after seeing others and I am genuinely lucky to have met Kris. He handled every bump in the road and genuinely took my questions, concerns, frustrations and handled the negotiations with confidence. I would recommend Kris to anyone buying or selling, he knows the market, he knows what is coming on the market before you do and will go the extra mile. In fact, just as i was taking possession of my new wonderful home, my friend had Kris help her find her first home that she was able to purchase and move into not long after I did.<br /> IF you want a realtor that that will listen to what you are wanting and will go above and beyond go with Kris Mclaughlin</p>

<p>After dealing with some "guys" offering a lower commission structure for 6 months and minimal showings, we asked Kris to help....boy did he! The house wasn't listed with Kris for more than 3 days and we were looking at an offer...one we accepted! Kris did all he said he would and more. A complete photo shoot and 3D walk-through technology was a great tool. Kris was also very patient as we looked at several new prospective places, over several days. In the end, finding what fit our needs. Give Kris your listing!</p>

<p>We had to buy a house in a weekend and we really never been in Kelowna.Kris was a excellent Agent,he show all around Kelowna we looked different areas .He had so much patience with us since we did not have to much time to find a perfect house . He work really hard for us to find what we was looking for. He made everything so easy, all the legal paper work we did by E- mail. Anytime we had a question or concern he make sure he helped for us. Thank you Kris to make our dream come true in such an easy way!</p>

<p>Kris worked with us according to our schedule and came up with plenty of homes that filled all our wish list. He was always polite and knowledgeable.
