This was our second time working with Kris. For what is supposed to be a stressful process, Kris made selling and buying a house fun and exciting. He was in constant communication with us with the sale of our house and always available to answer questions and show properties we were interested in. He was calm, cool, willing to listen, and was always quick to return phone calls or texts. He made us feel like we were his only client. We highly recommend Kris and look forward to working with him in the future. He's truly a pro!

Kris was such an amazing and very professional agent. He just helped us find our first home in Kelowna. He always had our best interest in mind... <p>Kris was an exceptional real estate agent for me! He is thoughtful and extremely professional so if you are seeking an extrovert who will tell you what you want to hear rather than the truth Kris is not for you. I particularly liked that he would remain calm whenever I was not which was frequent. Even when I...yes I asked..for a price reduction on our sale he held steady asking me to wait. When we were trying to close our sale he used excellent negotiation tactics for example the offer was lower than what we wanted with a possession date too quick so he though of asking for a higher price with a quicker possession which the buyer accepted. Never have I had a realtor truly working in my best interests like Kris did. He worked with me on both a sale & purchase.</p>

<p>I met Kris somewhat by chance. I saw a house that I liked online and sent an email to see if I could see it, it happened to be Kris' listing. From this initial showing I asked Kris to come assess my current home and I then listed with Kris. Why? because there was never a moment that I didn't feel trust, comfort and confidence in his ability as a real estate agent. I sold my place, bought the initial home I saw after seeing others and I am genuinely lucky to have met Kris. He handled every bump in the road and genuinely took my questions, concerns, frustrations and handled the negotiations with confidence. I would recommend Kris to anyone buying or selling, he knows the market, he knows what is coming on the market before you do and will go the extra mile. <p>After dealing with some "guys" offering a lower commission structure for 6 months and minimal showings, we asked Kris to help....boy did he! The house wasn't listed with Kris for more than 3 days and we were looking at an offer...one we accepted! Kris did all he said he would and more. A complete photo shoot and 3D walk-through technology was a great tool. Kris was also very patient as we looked at several new prospective places, over several days. He work really hard for us to find what we was looking for. He made everything so easy, all the legal paper work we did by E- mail. Anytime we had a question or concern he make sure he helped for us.
