Coming from Central Alberta, my wife and I began our transition to the city of Calgary back in the Fall of 2023. We had previously met Kris the summer prior and during that time he got to know us as a couple from the things we enjoy in our life to what we can envision our future in Calgary to look like. Kris knew the city intimately which helped educate us on the different neighbourhoods and how each area would match our specific wants and needs for our new home. During this time my wife and I were travelling for extended periods over the winter and Kris went the extra mile to keep us up to date on the current market to even attending showings on our behalf. In the end we settled on our new home in Spring 2024 and could not be happier. Kris provided solid advice throughout the negotiations process and was able to help us get the price we were hoping for. All in all he was transparent, passionate about finding us an home and dedicated to his clients.
