Kris is an excellent realtor. He cares, he listens, and he delivers. My wife and I had one of the worst post wedding disasters. Car blew up at the bottom of the coquihalla highway, had to fly home and abandon everything. Got home and found out the home we rented for 10 years was being sold and we had a month to buy a house, and I just started a new position at a new company. We were viewing 3-4 homes a night after work hours, Kris made it easy. When we found "the one" Kris stayed up late into the evening locking it in, and negotiating a lower price for us. He turned what would have been a nightmare into fulfilling the dream of being a detached home owner, a dream I thought wouldn't be possible in this market. Thanks Kris.
